In the event that you haven’t received any PDF certificates or had original certificates sent out for an IBHSE course or program within 30 days of your purchase, you are eligible for a full 100% refund. Please note that we do not offer partial refunds for unfinished programs. To request a refund, we require written communication via email or regular mail.

We strongly advise our students to finish all their training prior to acquiring a certificate package. It is the responsibility of the students to ensure that IBHSE training aligns with their specific training needs before proceeding with a purchase.
